Boston Leather Guild

Welcome to the Guild

Leathercraft is already a source of joy for many of us. But it gets better and a lot more fun when it’s shared.

We started the Guild to create a space for connection and collective skill-building among makers in Greater Boston. Whether you’re new to leather, or you’ve spent years at the bench, or maybe it’s your full-time job, there’s something remarkable about sitting around a table and sharing your work with people who care about it as much as you do.

This community is intentionally hands-on. We host monthly meetings, skill-focused workshops, and guest talks from across the leather world, including adjacent crafts like saddlery. Our members work in all kinds of styles, from fine goods to traditional tooling. What connects us is a respect for the craft and a willingness to share what we’ve learned along the way.

If that sounds like you, we hope you’ll join us.

All are welcome at the table.
